Only 25G bonus if our basketball team wins the natty? If that happens, they should give him an entire house made of gold.

I've said before, I think JJ should probably get another year, but whenever the next big hire is made, I like the sound of this. I'm sure I'm not alone there.

Whit Babcock finds excellence through guiding principles - Roanoke Times: Sports

I stopped at this line:

And when it comes to coaches, Whit Babcock is willing to spend big bucks and to fire people to achieve that goal.

Don't care what the rest says because I don't want anything to spoil it . I'm going to hope that line is true and just dream big.

Keep reading. It only gets better. In fact there's more good stuff in this second part. Virginia Tech AD Whit Babcock a standout fundraiser - Roanoke Times: Va Tech

The only things not to like are that he had a hand in hiring Frank Haith at Mizzou and that he couldn't find a better conference for Cincy. The rest sounds too good to be true...

What is the latest news on the indoor practice facility? Is the location still up in the air? I wonder if Babcock will won't to change things up and put his stamp on the new facility.

you may want to check this whole tweet thread (is there a term for that?), but I think here's the most pertinent answer to your question:
