Your team scored 7 points against Purdue...at Home! lol at offensive improvement.

Of course I've seen things that indicates improvement. Did you miss our offense score 60+ points on Saturday? Setting multiple records at QB and WR? I don't expect that on a weekly basis but adjustments have been made. Defensively, I don't expect we're going to see dramatic improvment but with Jake Ryan back and Clark producing...we have seen an improvement in TFL and sacks.

puff puff puff. knew it was only a matter of time before you referenced that debacle as something to be ecstatic about. HaHaHa. really? c'mon man, that's good stuff. your vaunted skunkbears could just as easily have LOST that game & almost DID (deja vu Akron and UConn?)...but pulled out an insipid last 10 minute victory by what? 16 pts? Hell, even MSU's pissassed O easily outscored IND by 14...which could have been more if Dantonio hadn't pulled back the reins after the 3rd Q.

CFB analysts? That's a load of crap. They're no more entitled to an opinion on the matter than either of us. They just happen to be able to do it on TV. Those are the same guys that ranked Michigan inside the top 10 to start the season. MSU's D is good, but you fail to realize that you do, in fact, need to score points to win games. You can't count on a pick-6 or two every game to win.

It's only a load of crap when it's somebody else's team those analysts/computers/etc are touting, right?

And, when your team's Defense is as good as State's is (whether Blue Haze agrees or not), yes, we can hope -not count- for the occasional p-6 or forced fumble score.

It was 49-47 Michigan with 6:00 remaining in the Big House. I know because I was glued to my seat.

Michigan will potentially do similar to Nebraska, but I doubt Nebraska has the offense to keep it as close as Indiana did.

3 Horse race, Nebraska, MSU, Michigan.

2 Horses have easy track, Nebraska, MSU

1 Horse has a clear cut advantage, Nebraska (At home vs MSU)

So in order, ill say Nebraska, MSU, Michigan for Legends winner.

Michigans offense is good one game, then complete shit the next game. You can bring up scoring a lot against Indiana, then you can bring up the performance against Akron and Uconn. Their schedule will nullify their chances of getting to the CCG though unless they plan on beating tOSU.

Nebraska's defense is dog shit and they struggle on the road. I expect them to lose big in Ann Arbor but back their way into the CCG because idc how good MSU's defense is. They have an awful offense and games in Lincoln.

MSU's offense is horse shit. Good defense, but they have to go on the road and win games.

Either way it's a competition to see who can punch their ticket into getting their ass beat in the CCG. I just would rather Nebraska 'win' the division and get destroyed than back into the CCG and get destroyed.

Then you are woefully unaware of either Nebraska's stats, Indiana's stats or both...

Actually I agree with RA

Nebraska has the players and talent to hang 40+ on any B1G defense in the conference...

However we have an Offensive Coordinator who buckles in big games and completely ditches the game plan if 3-4 plays get shut down in a row and resorts to just heaving the ball all over the field with an inept big game qb.

Well, so far the numbers, they say otherwise. Nebraska scores a bit more than Indiana, Indiana racks up 25 yards per game more. Nebraska does have the offense to do what Indiana did. (All that being said, Nebraska's offensive strength plays to Michigan's defensive strength while Indiana's offensive strength played to Michigan's defensive weakness.) Now as far as Beck, well, that is another story all together...

I've thought, for weeks now, that the Legends race will be decided on 16NOV in Lincoln. I think both teams will pound MICH...further, that (despite what some of you rational Huskers fans believe) either team might well give OSU their best game of the season (and, very possibly, winning.)

What other stats do I need to be made aware of?

Enlighten me on Nebraska's defensive stats the last few years. Enlighten me on Martinez turnovers, or how the offense performs against anyone with a defensive pulse when he's at QB.

So why would you say I was "unaware" of the stats? I am constantly putting stats oon the Nebraska board. I know what they do and don't do.

MSU matches up with OSU a lot better than Nebraska does.

Those are defense numbers, not offense numbers. You said Nebraska didn't have the offense to do what Indiana did. I am just pointing out that you are mistaken. Don't get your jimmies rustled. But please, if you can show me where Indiana has a better offensive squad, do so. If I am wrong, well, it wouldn't be the first time and won't be the last.
