And you're suggesting Geno and his 4 game winning drives this year folds rather than handles it more times than not?

Results prove otherwise.
In one of those games, Geno threw 3 TD's in 9 seconds...

I'm happy whomever wins us a game... I was very happy for Drew Lock last week... Just as much as I am for Geno this week... I'm a Seahawk fan... What can I say...

Some people think "good" NFL teams should blow out "bad" ones. It just doesn't happen a lot on Sundays. If you expect blowouts, watch the kids who play on Saturdays.
Yeah, you're right. In my earlier post about that, I just simply would like an easy one once in awhile nd it could have maybe been that had Woolen held onto that Tannehill throw earlier in the second half. It's all good though. Glad we got the win and truth be told, Geno was clutch on both of those late drives. We got a little good and a little lucky today but I'll take it.

Something I said to one of my old friends during today's game when we had 3 points at the half: hard to believe this is the same team that scored 37 points in consecutive games early in the season.

Yeah, I hear ya. I know it seems like our games are nailbiters (and they are), but most games around the league were the same way today in the early window. Usually is the case.

I have a good Army buddy who's a hardcore Philly fan. They are sitting there with 10 wins (sure glad it's not 11!), and he's not thinking of any of their final 3 games as easy wins -- 2 against Giants sandwiched around 1 with Arizona. Meanwhile, heads will probably explode here if we don't beat the Cardinals by 20. The whining (not by you, just in general) after wins gets old.

I sure wouldn't take the Cards lightly. They are a scrappy bunch and can run the ball down people's throats. I would be thrilled if the Hawks can beat them but not thinking it's a given by any stretch. Steelers are gonna give us a game too. No easy wins this time of year.

Enjoy your depressing day...

... it's really sad that you can't enjoy a win that keeps us in playoff contention...
A win is a win and I am enjoying it. Just sucks we can't do better than we did against a sub par team. No way this team should struggle so hard to get over 16 God damn points.

Yeah, even with Arizona getting beaten pretty soundly right now by Chicago, it doesn't mean they won't be a tough out in week 18. They beat Dallas earlier at their place w/o Kyler Murray. One thing in our favor for that one is that it could be a win-and-in situation for us. We'll see what else happens between now and then.

Pittsburgh has a good D, but they've been a mess on offense most of the season. Better last night, but Mason Rudolph hardly ever plays for good reason. Get Witherspoon back and hopefully Jamal Adams, and that will help. I am not optimistic about Jordyn Brooks, though I haven't seen any update on his injury. The way he was helped off, it seems like he's gonna miss time.

He’s had a couple nice finishes and I’ve given him credit, but when push comes to shove don’t hold your breath on Geno…

When the alternative is Drew Lock, you take what Geno gives you, and so far that's been exactly what he is: good enough to win more games than he loses. The rest needs to be made up by the run game and the defense, but all anyone wants to talk about is benching Geno.

If the playoffs started today, Detroit would host the Hawks... I love that matchup...

I think we all know that Geno is limited. But he's been 4-2 in crunch time games. And he's a missed field goal away from being 5-1. You can't really ask for more than that.

Geno is good enough for .500 on a team good enough to be above .500. OK I get ya. Lol

I think we can beat any team in the NFC except the Niners.
I agree... We don't match up well against them at all... I wouldn't feel confident playing them one bit... We have a great shot in all other matchups though...
