Sure okay.

Never said they cheated on every occasion, have always maintained every NFL team cheats we just suck at. But best on them getting busted they have lost the shadow of doubt in my eyes
But you don't seem to concede they may not have cheated in this instance. We both know they are willing and able. I just think it was the league that cheated on this occasion.

Your facts from the other post can be explained this way: The Pats did deflate balls at some point. I've heard the league mess with them and inflated balls and it makes sense the Pats would respond by deflating them. But again, when dealing with two cheaters, how do you know who cheated when?

This isn't an obtuse take. It's also not a defiant take where I deny the Pats ever cheated, ever.

And????

Does not indicate the Pats did not deflate balls, still does not. Look the Pats are cheaters I don't really care if you, our fanbase, or Jesus H. Christ believe it, it's been shown to be true again and again. Maybe the natural gas law did have an effect and maybe the mysterious bathroom brake and chats between the ball boy and TB12 has something to do with it.

It get's real old when Pats homers are to obtuse to at least consider the fact they were deflated, and that we did have illegal tapes, and that we did attempt to take again in Cinn.

At this point you can believe what you want and I will too.

Personally, I believe that BB thought the taping from the sidelines was no big deal and I believe he really did think it wasn't against the rules. It was likely arrogance that led to him disregarding the memo. That's my opinion.

I totally believe that "The Deflator" went into the bathroom and squeezed a little air out. Still don't think it's a biggie but the guys name was the fucking deflator and he had text messages about overinflated footballs.

I simply cannot believe that the Pats would attempt to film the sidelines again under BB's direction. I just can't believe that especially considering it makes perfect sense that an advance scout would be watching the sidelines for their jobs which is exactly what they were documenting, their jobs.

I will not concede it I trust Florio no more than I do Brady or Godell. There was a lot more to the situation than the Natural Gas law. As I said I am past the point of giving a fuck what Pats fans think. Now they want to hold on to the glimmer of hope based on some reports that were not submitted, yet the legal teams did not ask for the reports. And I don't know that I trust what Florio is presenting. IMO the exchange of text between TB12 and the deflator are very damming

Ohh I firmly believe BB knew about the taping and used the tapes to his advantage. As for the Cinnci situation, I agree it was likely harmless but holy fuck how dumb can one guy be? He had to think "Oh shit I am not suppose to do this.

Are you beyond what a judge thinks too? A true judge who resides outside of New England concluded Brady was railroaded... He didn't conclude Brady was innocent, but that there was neither sufficient evidence nor any fair process.

Don't lump me into "homer Pats fan" on this topic. My eyes are open and I see wrong doing by the Pats. But the league ran an unsuccessful sting operation and they wouldn't accept it.

I'm left with this: after the gas law is applied a small amount of air may have been removed. Why bother remove a small amount? That doesn't make any sense. What makes more sense is the Pats removed more air on a different occasion and the league thought they caught the Pats in the act. It explains why someone was named the deflator and there were text messages.

To me, what makes more sense is the balls were tested (yes, that's illegal too). Either that or the guy just took a whizz.

For sure there's more to this story and we don't know it. My opinion is the league is part of it.

And when you play the role of homer I have no issues calling you out for it. If you don't like it I really do not care.

He admitted it the first time. Took full accountability. Said he interpreted the rule to mean he could film from there as long as he did not use the film during the game.
That kind of stand up guy does not turn around and lie about cheating the next time he is accused.

Why is it that only you are able to see things as a fan but not a homer? I have never said the Pats are innocent, just that "it's more likely than not" that the league has fucked everything up.

OJ Went free because he was set up. Does that make him innocent? Hell no. Two conditions can exist. The Pats did something (maybe not that day, maybe that day, but they did do something), then the league took action without proper process.

Not sure but when you figure it, it might guide you in the future.

Belichick wasn't cheating actually during spygate. It was a powerplay between BB and new commisioner , Goodell.
Goodell won the powerplay. BB's boss, Kraft, asked him how much on a scale of 1 to 10 did it help? BB answered 1
Kraft then said, "you're a schmuck!" It was a bad idea gone really bad.

BB caught Miami cheating and was trying to force new commissioner to do something besides a memo. He did.
It did not go the way Belichick thought it would!

There was so much more going on than "he cheated" Short sightedness makes it easy to point and say "he cheated"
Belichick was doing the wrong thing for the right reason - that never works out!

Just so you all know. The NFL lied in Federal Court. That's called perjury and is a felony. Not disclosing known information is exactly the same as lying. Troy Vincent will be the scape goat, but Goodell was the puppet master. Not telling the truth as far the court is concerned is lying and now the league is open to a ferocious attack once the sharks smell the blood in the water. Goodell is about to meet reality and feel it's icy grip around his testicles.

Thirty two guys worth about a half trillion dollars are already getting damage control in place.

Lying in court is called business as usual.
What if it was true in the persons view of the subject. What if he was misinformed? What if he is a good(ell) liar?
This will get swept under the rug. Book it!

Not admitting something in court is not the same as lying as was previously mentioned. No one volunteers anything in court that's why lawyers are in place to make sure nothing gets out they don't want out.
