We should not need any help from Atlanta to secure our 1st round bye!!

the divisional games have been much harder than most expected. this was supposed to be the easy part of our schedule, but Cards beat us and this was a tough one. We can't overlook Rams.

I'll take the W over the record.....we can start a new streak the #2 seed is more important to me.

Scusk that we had both of our streaks broken but I'll take the victory. We're looking at 13-3 hopefully.

Kinda glad those dumb streaks ended. If they would have fallen in a loss, it would have been something for the assclowns in the media to highlight and clown on the 49ers for.

Making snide remarks like, "Guess they couldn't keep it going when it mattered most... "

What a dogfight that game was. In the end, Jackson is not good and the 9ers shut them down in 2nd half. Huge win!!

Bottom line is we got the W in a hard place to play. Think about what the Ravens did up there.

Yep, well aware of that, Tzu...I never overlook our own division...but I don't expect nearly as difficult a game as our last two...

I know we have a great D, but let the offense at least have a chance to score a TD. Our playcalling is just to content on the FG most times. Alex has shown all year he is capable of making plays when needed and had just hit Crabtree on a very much needed deep pass, but we don't look to take advantage by continuing off that play. We instead run the ball and setup an Akers FG to take a slim lead. I worry stuff like that will eventually hurt us in the playoffs.

Really short week, coming off a big win on Monday Night Football, going to a hard place to play on the road, I'll take W anyway we can get it. Character win in my opinion. Not pretty but I'm satisfied.

A win in Seattle is a nice accomplishment. The Seachickens are improved, playing red-hot, and the environment is very hostile. Alex Smith made some key throws when he needed it.

Niners have to be careful..playing in St Louis could be a trap game esp because its divisional. I don't anticipate the Saints loosing any remaining regular season games considering they play at home. SF needs to handle their own and not worry about NO or anyone else. Just win baby!

Well, we can expect the Rams to play tough. If the Rams really are going to blow it up after the season, then the new coaching staff and front office will probably look at the 49ers game to see who they want to keep around.

A great measuring stick would be to see who plays hard to try and spoil the 49ers playoff seeding in a game that means nothing to the Rams. I'd assume the new coaching staff and front office want the players who never give up and will stop at nothing to try and beat a divisional rival.
