Virginia Tech 2014 Recruiting Target List

Gonna go out on a limb and say we end up with a Top 10 (maybe even Top 5) recruiting class next year. I believe 3 out of the 4 current commits are already Rivals 250 guys correct? If we could pull some guys like Hand, Holmes, Reavis, Park, Cornwell, Moss, Prince, Walker...we could end up with something special in the next few years.

exactly. instead of 15 3* and 8 4* << that would have to pretty much flip around ... if we could ever land a top 5 class, 2014 is the time to do it though.

Top 5 usually means 1-3 five star guys and at least 12-15 four star guys.

Hand, Prince, and maybe Holmes are 5*, that is not even counting Brown and Blanding who we probably don't have a great chance with..but..are not necessarily out of it.

Cornwell, Park, Payne, Nnadi, Reavis, Moss, Mihota and probably Harrison are 4 star guys (or very close). Throw in other Virginians Nyquan Harris and Jamil Kamara who VT might have a shot with too.

This is just guys that the Frankinator has offered. There will be many more I am sure in the upcoming junior days, camps, etc..

I feel really really good about five of the guys you listed and pretty good about a 6th.

Hmmmm... I'm going to go Hand, Holmes, Revis, Park, and Walker with Moss being the "pretty good about."

Thanks 46. Didn't forget about Marshawn, did forget to list him there. May be the best RB in '13 or '14 currently committed to VT. That includes Drew (or not???). MW is a 4 star all the way.

Think we have a great chance will all of them.

Don't sleep on Mihota. He may actually be a better fit here than Brown.

Would absolutely LOVE to get Brown (SEC bound IMO). But Mihota is a nice fit.

I think MW will be a good back. I hope the "experts" appreciate his ability....
Also, I hope Hand comes here. I'm from the high school just down the street from him (the same home town) and I have many friends back home that say he is better in person than what you see. Either way I will root for the kid because the last time I got to see that kind of talent in person was Ahmad Brooks.

I love the a avatar. Maddy is a favorite of mine. That guy works 1000% on every play and has become a handful there in the middle. I hope he goes really far in football and you can tell he loves being a Hokie!

Also, Park is not even high on Tennessee at this point so he is def. not committed there or if he is this is complete news to me.
