False, you're referencing "heat index". The "feels like" temp referenced is usually based on a number of things:
For accuweather:
"The RealFeel® uses multiple factors including the temperature, humidity, cloud cover, sun intensity, and wind to explain how hot it feels outside."
Wind chill is used for colder temperatures, of which you were arguing the reverse of. And sun intensity is funny to mention because that's based in large part to your location, time of the year/day. Which is basically what determines the overall temperature to begin with.
Just admit you made some bullshit up and got called on it.
