Nonetheless, name one top free agent in the last 20 years that has signed with the Lakers besides a washed up Nash, Payton, and Malone.

Other than the last few years under Buss' idiot son, name a time when the Lakers had cap space to sign anyone of note to their roster since they signed Shaq?

BTW, Nash was acquired via trade. Payton and Malone went the finals with the Lakers.

The draft lottery will determine a lot of things. If that Brooklyn pick ends up winning the lottery, for instance, he 100% ain't going anywhere.

Depends on how much he hates ownership. Plus, if the Cavs flame out early in the playoffs, he isn't going to hang around to play with a 19 year old.

I've had him going to the Lakers all along. Think that's where he'll go.

They only thing more disturbing than this picture are the search words you used to find it.

never said HE wasn't one...

Just remember that rings are the only way to judge a players career.

Robert Horry (7) > Kobe jellybean Bryant (5)

Here are a few other examples: Steve Kerr (5) > D. Wade (3), Jason whitechocolate Williams > John Stockton (0), Adam Morrison (1) > T-Mac (0), Greg Kite (1) > Karl Malone (0), Kurt Rambis (4) > Charles Barkley (0).

It would help, but still not close to 100%.

Simmons and Embiid are going to be difficult to turn down and Gilbert has proven rather adept at screwing up high picks. His batting average there isn't all that great.

LOL @ your infatuation with Simmons and Embiid.

It has long been reported that LeBron won't sign with a rebuilding team, and Philly certainly qualifies with Fultz being such an unknown commodity. At least in Cleveland he's the undisputed #1 priority in the organization. The only scenario I would see for LeBron ending up in Philly would be if his relationship with Dan Gilbert is so strained to the point where a separation is absolutely necessary.

Or do you call it a 'joke' when someone calls you on it?

tbh at this point I would almost rather have Otto Porter on the Pacers than LeBron James. He fits the age of the roster better, and if LeBron has a brain cramp and heads west the more the better for us.

This'll come as a shock, but I'm actually inclined to agree...

Philly are in the finals if James go there while Simmons & Embiid are better after some playoffs experience this year
