How about this: Since Hue Jackson has been the HC, the Browns have not had a 1000-yard rusher. And they've only had one 1000-yard receiver (Pryor w/ 1007).

In fact I looked at Hue's whole 8-year coaching career in WSH, ATL, OAK, CIN and CLE.
In 8 seasons, he's never had a 1000-yard rusher. And he's only had 5 1000-yard receivers.
None of those 5 WR under Hue has gone over 1300 yards. Coincidence?​

Also, in all fairness, Gordon played 5 games last year. Had he played all 16 games at the pace he played those 5, he would have had 1072 yards. (Not quite 1600+.) He was also on pace for 3.2 TD.

in fairness to the Gordon guys...if Hue doesn't David Copperfield his ass into the playoffs this year, there will be a new coach and system in next year...so there's that.

Hilton all the way for me - barely missed 1K yards with piss poor QB play most of the season. Brissett had a few moments, but didn't ever really put together a string of good games at all last yr.

Colts could easily land a vet QB in FA (McCown??) that is better than what they have, if Luck is still not ready.

Gordon couldn't even play in college without getting kicked off, and look at all the shit Baylor swept under the rug for their athletes over that same time frame. He'll be joining a different league in a couple years......

he averaged over 80rec and 1200yds the previous 3 seasons - I'm buying that over the flash-in-the-pan that was the 2013 Gordon breakout, and attributing the bad statistical year last year to the QB play and just the overall shit show that the Colts were for most of the season. The team was tanking come OCT last year.

-0 300yd passing performances (10 games under 200yds)
-The only game after Halloween that they scored more than 20pts in was wk17 vs the Texans practice squad (put up a whopping 22pts.....against practice squad players)

People started doubting Hopkins after his down season with Brock Osweiler to the point where he was drafted as a WR2 in most leagues last year. I think a rebound season is much more likely than another dud from Hilton and definitely more likely than another WR1 season from Gordon.

But I'm also a known Martavis Bryant believer, so not like I have the best pulse on these types of situations!

I'm at work so I don't have time, but if somebody could look up Gordahns last failed test that would be cool. Maybe Imma sucker but at least right before he was reinstated he was saying and doing all the right things. If I remember correctly he was even saying the right things after the season ended too. I watched as many of the highlights from tBrowns games (typing that make me puke) after he was reinstated and I have to say he really looked like a team player to me. He only caught one TD but he was the first guy to be congratulating team mates after TD's and shit. I think he may have grown up...........................however, another year of Kiser would make me balk at paying the price he is gonna cost in redraft leagues.................but I do get to keep him fer a 15th in a keeper so there is that...........

That's a good spot for him as a flier. ....
