Brandon Jennings back to the bucks watch
You think they will keep JJ?Agreed with all of this. I actually think that Reddick helps a lot as well because he is a persistent perimeter threat so Simmons can often kick it out to him.
Simmons has a long way to go offensively. He probably is a long way from developing a 3 point shot but hopefully he will work on that 18 foot pullup jumper which is going to make him really tough to defend. If he can get a 3 point shot that hits in the 30s, I'm not sure he is defensible.

I love what he gives you guys.
I really wanted you guys, or OKC, to grab Lou Williams.
If you guys don't get LeBron, think they would take a 1 year flyer on a guy like Midget Isiah Thomas?
You guys have the length to mitigate his lack of defense.
Sensational....@Mecca What are your thoughts on Simmons game tonight?
Sensational....
Did it without EMBIID.
The Jazz won too.
But, against the Suns with another subpar shooting night for Mitchell.
This is going to be a tight race.
In a perfect world * My perfect world*, they would tie like Hill and Kidd.
I done think that will happen though..
Because Ben looks like a walking triple double threat almost every night.
Those numbers are ignoring defense.
Going by advanced stats at Basketball Reference, their TS% are nearly identical.
But, other than TRB%, AST%, BLK%, OWS, DWS, WS, WS/48, OBPM, DBPM, BPM, and VORP, I would agree that Mitchell has the edge, especially in TOV% and USG%.....
Defense?
Concede...lol
I'm tempted to use Donovan's height as an excuse.
But, George Hill, Rondo, Cp3 manage.
Truth is, Donovan is singularly focused on one end of the court and just depends on Gobert to clean up his mess.
What's interesting to me is that Mitchell is so offensive focused whereas Simmons is really a much better player on defense. He can cover almost anyone on the court, save real slashers like Westbrook or Mitchell honestly.
I really need to watch some more Mitchell. Haven't really watched any Jazz during this winning streak.
....Eh.fuck it I'm still voting Dennis Smith if I had a vote
Well, he's at least in the convo IMO.
....Eh.
I think he's 5th behind Mitchell, Simmons, Kuzma, Tatum.
But, he looks like he's going to be a stud.
Well, if it makes you feel any better, he was my pick for ROY before the Season started.I know he's got no chance......but he's doing a lot for a crappy team. He's never even MENTIONED most of the time when ROY is discussed, despite his numbers
DSJ, Simmons, Fox, Tatum, Markkenan balled out.
DSJ will get Roy.

Just talked with some of my NBA contacts and from what I'm hearing, DSJ is in the lead for ROY.
Just because you have League Pass doesn't make you a NBA contact.
There is zero chance that DSJ is in the lead for ROY. He's not even in the top 3.

Those aren't NBA contacts, it's just the voices in your head. You must have forgotten to take your meds again.
