This season, Ryan has completely played himself out of getting the big extension people thought he was gonna get.

That being said, I'm sure we'll give it to him anyway because that's what everyone else seems to be doing with their QBs now.

But he's a good quarterback...this league is full of below-average guys

Agree, but Gilmore seems a bit the diva. It is distracting for the players who have delivered.
