Had a student ask if we were having class tomorrow since U of A plays the day after (9.30am class) because "You know there is a home game Friday".

Haha - I never had class cancel when I was at Bama for Football reasons, however, I did hear Liberty cancelled classes on Monday after defeating Baylor.

Hell yes I am having class today, the game is tomorrow not today. Now if class was on Friday I would cancel it, because I am flying to the Bay for the Stanford v. UCLA game.

Amazing enough, possibly one game ending defensive pick, in an offensive shootout, and the article author Sam Metivier, has the Bruins somewhere no higher than 4, no lower than 7. I would guess No. 5 and a far cry from No. 9.

Don't know if anyone stayed up to watch that Arizona vs Utah game last night, I know there were only about 2 people in the stadium present who saw it, but Arizona got screwed.

They screwed themselves with at least 5 turnovers.

You can't blame anyone but yourselves when you convert on the onsides kick and then your QB fumbles the ball on the next play.

Utah's starting QB went out early and were forced to put Troy Williams in and Zona failed to take advantage of that dramatic change of events.

Arizona did get a defensive stop the following drive and had a chance to still win one more time, but threw an INT. But I felt like on the INT throw there was a late hit on the QB that wasn't called.

There was no definitive view of that. You don't see the football until his backside is down, but that's not proof of when it was dislodged.

That wasn't the only questionable call, but the point is still the same. When you lose 5 turnovers at home you can't blame the refs or anyone else for a loss. It's that simple.
