Amazing how in Kyrie's world it's Lebron's fault he's an atrocious defender and a selfish gunner.

It's not like Kyrie's the only one who finds LeBron to be a bit of a pill.

Lebron has his issues.

But his problems on the court are not because of Lebron.

I hate that too. But they're smart, aside from the whole "the earth is flat" thing of course.

After the first time Kyrie has a poor shooting game ... I'll be looking forward to the headline ... "Globe reports that Irving was flat."

honestly there is no reason why kyrie should be so bad defensively

im gonan be REALLY bitter if he all of a sudden just starts trying a lot harder and become an adequate defensive player in boston

but my guess is he will figure he has to shoulder more of the offense in boston and wont try for shit on defense there either.

at the beginning maybe- but not once he gets comfortable putting up 30 a night-- which he absolutely could do

did you just quote summer league reports?

according to summer league reports DeJuan Wagner was going to be the next Alle n Iverson. lol

and yes- TT was a much better prospect entering the league than "Bam".

As I already mentioned, the stats are meaningless.
What matters is he showed on a professional level that there was much more to his game that was seen on a collegian level.

If LeBron leaves next year, you wont be able to distinguish Tristan from any scrub backup
PF in the league.

Only time will tell but I think the celts are the losers. They broke up a winning team to put together a bunch of random talent. Ainge did not have to go that way. Trading away bradley was just straight dumb. But time will tell.

I wouldn't see it that way. I see it more like Ainge broke up a core that likely reached its ceiling. You were never going to win a title with IT being your best player.

Ainge is gambling right now. If Hayward and Irving can play together, then it's worth bringing in Irving who's a slight upgrade from IT and is younger.

i wonder if there is anyway the Cavs could pry Beverly away from the Clips.

you want a slightly used Iman Shumpert and a 2nd rounder? :)

I actually thought Kyrie was going to kiss him for a second.
they said one thing that i thought was interesting

as was rumored at hte time--- if LeBron didnt come back to Cleveland--- Hayward would have tried to get here.

Gilberts private plan was supposedly on the way to get him before it re-routed to try and pursue LeBron.

If there was zero chance that LeBron was coming back back then- i think they take embiid instead of wiggins - or traded down to take embiid- since they wouldnt have had the time table with LeBron.

I could of seen a lineup SOMETHING like PG. Irving, SG. Waiters, SF. Hayward, PF. Thompson, C- Embiid--- im sure that was something they had on a white board at one time- no doubt about it.

Bradley is a really really good player....I think hes a top 40 player in the league to be honest.

While Crowder isnt a top 50 player- hes not too far off from that. Isiah Thomas was All NBA 2nd team last year.

Amir Johnson actually played some pretty good ball as well.

Kyrie came off in his press conference like someone who thinks they are a lot smarter than they really are--- like the stoned guy on your floor freshman year rambling about philosophy and conspiracy theories.

I get the feeling that if basketball didnt exist he would be a tall janitor.

I think in these very tense times we should not imply an inferiority with regards to homosexuals. Lebron already has enough distractions these days........................
