Who he hires as his Offensive Coordinator!
Perhaps, this Washington franchise has the luck and ability to duplicate what Houston did this past year after hiring a defensive minded head coach, drafting Stroud with the second pick in the draft and getting an anchor at left tackle for their most important hire (Slowik) to mold into a second round playoff team.
Washington hopefully hires someone in that Shanahan offensive tree, but admittedly I have no idea who that could be. Securing a well versed, innovative OC is paramount now that Quinn has been hired and step two in the process.

The most important thing Washington did was make a great hire at GM. If they didn't Quinn would likely fail.

But, they hired a GM who should be able to go out and do some "grocery shopping" in free agency so Quinn can "cook the dinner" so to speak.

If they move on from EB they clearly need to nail the OC hire since Quinn is a defensive guy.
