Matt Asiata brought in. Should be the short yardage guy if he sticks. Can back up ZZ in a pinch as the late game back (assuming we ever get ahead in a game). Might have to let Washington or Burton go in order to keep him.

The Lions have a backfield that I can live with now. Asiata gives you 3 yards a pop. With a tougher OL that should translate to more 1st downs first and foremost. Secondly, if the opposing defense brings a safety into the box then we can hit quick passes for huge gains in short yardage... like good teams do.

The Lions may not have a hall of famer on offense, but they have one or more of everything now.

Apparently, AA's injury was a Lisc Franc ligament tear.

Next offseason could be interesting if he injures it again. Those injuries tend to reoccur.
