The one positive thing I keep hearing is that the defensive scheme this year is so good that every single DE lining up over the left tackle is getting a sack on nearly every passing play.

Okay, I AM the eternal Lions pessimist.


Cuz I read something entirely different from this.

The one positive thing I keep hearing is that the defensive scheme this year is so good that every single DE lining up over the left tackle is getting a sack on nearly every passing play. Guys getting kicked around at DT take a rep to give guys a breather since we're so short on DE right now, and they get a sack. LB's blitz and they get a sack. Pizza delivery guys accidentally wander onto the field and they're beating our starting LT's for sacks. That is some unheard of defensive scheming, we may never see anything like this again.

We should just eliminate the LT position and roll an extra TE out there.

Time to roll the Big Storm out there too.

Looks like Rick Wagner got hurt so Storm played RT. Greg Robinson was back and actually was not too bad.

Apparently the offense in general had a pretty good day with White Thunder leading the way. Defense not so much, but it was not terrible from what I gathered. Tabor continued to struggle.
