i'm just saying i feel 240-245 is still to heavy.
I'm good with high 220's low 230's.

Does seem high, I like 235-240 better. However if they rotate a lot, may not matter.i'm just saying i feel 240-245 is still to heavy.

His college weight was 231 so i would LOVE to see that weight. He would go back to his very explosive self and still have the power. He doesn't need 20 pounds of fat on him as it has slowed him down and i feel one of the main reasons he got injured was carrying that weight.
Who amoung us have maintained there college weight? I heard even in college he got heavy at times. Let's face it, he has a inner fat boy dying to get out. Think Pete would also love to see him get down to his college weight, but is being realistic about it.
Good for Eddie and the Hawks. A 240ish # Lacy with Rawls and Prosise could be the link that offense has been missing.
I realize it's hard for the 12's to see thru it but I have had multiple positive posts about your boyz.
You just said something postive about the Hawks
I've always been on the Prosise bandwagon. I wanted him in NE. Unfortunately we've only seen him play well on a couple occassions.

Yeah, at age 40 I was within 10 pounds of what I weighed coming out of college....it's much tougher to hold it together at 45. Still working out but just not as active in general.from 21 years old to 35 i was always with in 5 pounds of the same weight. I think your statement works better if you were talking about highschool weight lol. My better half is lighter than her College weight by 5 pounds lol.
Actually your correct. I put on weight in college, but it was mostly muscle. Now that I'm in my 60s the flab is getting pack on, but think it slowly started in my late 40s.I think your statement works better if you were talking about highschool weight lol.

I'm just not sold on Rawls. I think a trimmer Lacy gives Seattle that runner they've been missing.Lacy could be an added bonus but I like the Rawls/Prosise combo if they can stay healthy. I remember when Prosise turned up field quickly for a 70 yd TD run against Philly.

Speaking for me, I just don't give a fuk.I realize it's hard for the 12's to see thru it but I have had multiple positive posts about your boyz.
Me too and very much so. If we can run, we will be successful.Looking forward to Lacy and Rawls establishing a power running game where the HBs are seeking contact and hitting the defenders.

Season opener at GB and I hope Lacey has earned the #1 spot. If he is the #1 RB, that means our run game has improved.
The running game and success/winning is a bit of a chicken/egg relationship. In general, you run when you have the lead and pass when trying to catch up. When you look at a team's rushing attempts and see they won, do you conclude they won because they ran a lot or did they run a lot because they were winning? I am not even sure it's an either/or, but I hope we are in position to run a lot more in games this coming season.Me too and very much so. If we can run, we will be successful.
