Well, his revenge game is week 1. I would love to see him go off and sneak out of Lambeau with a W.

If he wants his $$$ he better stay in shape. Another bust year for Lacy and he'll probably never see a big contract. He's still young so let's hope the fire is still lit.

Not sure he looks like he's in good shape? Round is a good shape. Regardless of this pic I think he's relatively fit come game #1 and has a very good year in Seattle.

The other night Lacy attended the annual fund raiser dinner that Schneider puts on, and yesterday morning Salk said he saw him there and described his physique as "not fat but also not thin" or words to that effect.

I don't think he'll come in looking like Eddie George or anything, but I'm also not too worried about him being a big tub of goo. If he's early years Jerome Bettis then good enough.

Eh I wouldn't say he looks in 'good' shape. He looks like me at the moment. Eating/drinking way too much over the holidays/football ending and now realizing it's beach season and looking in the mirror going, "Shit."

I'm not grossly overweight, but I'm not in shape/fit either... usually June-Oct is when I attempt to get laid. The rest of the year I am in hibernation mode hiding my own embarrassing stomach.

Some would say "Just stay in shape the whole year!" But FUCK them! Fuckin haters.

First of all, nobody is but fucking anybody here buddy! To each their own, just not here.

Second, when did your hump schedule become part of Eddie's offseason program?

If Lacy makes it onto the roster which i still don't feel like it's 100% I would be happy with 100-150 if he is getting 4.5 a pop. Rawls i feel is ready for another solid year and might be the bell cow and we saw what Prosise brings. If those two Stay healthy and Carson works out ( i think he will ) Lacy may never see the field. He better be fired up to go because a roster spot is not even close to 100%. Now or never big guy. If a 7th rounder beats you out you might have no place to go.

"Not even close" to 100%? What do you put it at then? I agree it's not 100%, but I don't think he's some underdog here or anything. I hope you're correct about Rawls. Him bouncing back and making it tough on the coaches to divide up the carries would be a good problem to have.

I hope Lacy is a solid contributor. I am not sold on Rawls nor Procise's ability to be available on game day. We need someone to step up and run the rock consistently well.

Think the Seahawks are going to have a battle royal for the lead back. Think both Lacy and Rawls are going to be on a mission to be the man in the Backfield. Bodes well for the running game.

PC preaches competition and I think the RB1 battle will be fun to watch.

No doubt about that.
Competition for the DB's should be intense as well.
