They had been consistently high until this season. I believe one reason for it is many fans are upset about players showing disrespect for the flag during the national anthem.

I'm pretty sure Goodell has been given plenty of credit for the high ratings. I have heard it is about 35 million "credits" each year for that work.

Now he is being blamed for the chickens coming home to roost, which are all the boneheaded decisions he has either personally taken or allowed to happen on his watch.

I have a unique ability to ignore what I don't want to listen to.

that's a god given gift that just appears about 6 months after you get married or if your on the Lords naughty list it's about when your kid turns 21 however if he is really Pissed off at you that ability shows up at about 70 when it does not matter because your losing your hearing and nobody gives a shit what you think.
