You posted over the weekend and I was trying to keep it going. Yao brings outside the box thinking also and I don't want to see him leave.

I'd probably go ahead and fire Caldwell and take a hard look at Lombardi and Austin for the job. Sounds crazy, hunh? I think both of them suffer from players not executing and doing there part. I think Lombardi is being held down by Caldwell in the same manner as the old man was for Schwartz.

If I didn't keep those two, I'd try to grab someone (don't know a name) from either the Pats, Steelers, or Seahawks coaching units for head coach. My homer pick would be Chip Kelly.

Everybody in America knows I ain't giving up Staff! I'll tell my coaches the draft is going on O-linemen and D-linemen and we will go with it. Might even be willing to part with a pick for a good RB too. I wouldn't be opposed to drafting a QB though either.

Idk for sure how it gets turned off. Or if it is turned off. (That's isn't helping to clear anything up, sorry.)

Swarms does sometimes too.

I think there is something in the profile you can switch off and on. Just a sec, I'll check.

I see under Privacy setting how you can limit who can start a conversation with you. But not how to turn it off. Or back on.

I went there to privacy settings and that box for start convo's was unchecked. I don't know how it became that way but it's now checked for members only.

well, I should have age seniority after him and seems as though I ain't seen hide nor hair of one in weeks, I do honestly believe I should be second in command or in demand of.

and it just so happens pepper-jack is one of my favs. so there's that.

This is why I like your posts. You always think things through. I can actually see your thoughts on Lombardi being held down. We as fans really never know who is pulling the strings. Usually only way you find out is if a huge finger pointing session occurs. Rarely happens though.

He seemed to open things up against the Bears. Which could further your thoughts, that stone face finally gave in.

With this being said. I still can't stand Lombardi. Man, if this is his way of showing a new GM he is worth a job. He needs to work on his resume.
