I felt the same way until the Astros made the switch. Now I see the benefits. I like it the way it is with each league having their own flavor.

As a National League guy, I do like the game better without the DH, but I am perfectly fine with the AL having it. I read a prediction that it's only a matter of time before the NL adopts it. I hope that never happens.

I think most people want the playoff field expanded, so I'm guessing this is an unpopular baseball opinion:

MLB really needs to stop with playoff expansion. It ruins the integrity of the game to give mediocre teams a chance at winning the World Series. We already have 2 wild cards in each league getting a chance. Expanding that further gives us an even greater chance that some team with a bad regular season record will win the World Series. I hope we never see the day when a team with a losing regular season record wins the World Series.

I feel the same. The game is much better without the DH. I like small ball though.

As far as an unpopular opinion goes:
Wrigley field is a dump. I went to a game a few years ago thinking it would feel historic and all. Nope, just an old dump. Old concrete stained with many years of spilled beer and other crap. Smelled like piss.
