I understand having trouble with the bottom half of the order, but there's no god damn excuse for 1-5 to be sucking this badly with choo basically on base half the time in front of them. Completely unacceptable and it's time to call magadan in on the carpet because he's obviously not getting results.

I agree. I thought he should've been fired last year.

I was willing to give him some leeway considering what he had to work with last year, but there's more talent in this year's lineup by far. Even with chirinos, and two journeymen middle infield hitters in the lineup. Whatever he's doing obviously isn't working. What are supposed to be our two most dangerous bats have done jack shit so far this year. I mean, we're talking perennial all stars. How do you even start to explain that?

Oh. Well I asked at some point about a week ago if anyone else had noticed that Rios is lazy? I was promptly told by someone not to make something out of nothing. I thought you agreed with me at the time.

He doesn't attempt to beat out DP's. I also don't ever remember him diving for anything in the OF. Like you said, he seems to be selfish and trying his best not to get hurt.

I think I'm done trying to gut my way through these games. They are just painful to watch. I didn't use to get so frustrated with losses but the team the last two years has just been so hard to watch. It's like slamming your head in a door repeatedly.

We'll get the DH back so that should help the offense some- that being said, maybe not- didn't Ross get on base twice.
