As a Raider fan, all I have is Moral victories.

Your next moral victory will be when Reggie and the Paperboy are released from their contracts

The are no moral victories in the NFL.


It is a professional league. There is a salary cap and draft which evens the playing field.
Heck, every year half the playoff teams are recycled with new faces.
You get paid to win. There is no victories in the pro ranks...especially a parity league like the NFL.


But. you can have moral victories in college.
The field is not a level playing field.
Some teams are just 100 times better than others, and it will never change.


When a hopelessly overmatched team takes a top 25 powerhouse to the brink, but loses.
That is a legitimate feel good moral victory.
