The only good thing I can say about the Indians is they now have a 4-game with the Astros. What a shitty performance last night!

Braves snap a 3 game losing streak....magic number is at 2 now

Someone explain to me why C.B. Buckner is still an umpire?

Hard to understand. Just like it is hard for me to understand that Mohammed Ali is the last guy standing from his boxing era.

Some things just are....

Going to be a sprint to the finish with TB, Tex, Cle and Bal.

Rays & Rangers beating each other up but lack of either taking charge still has Tribe sitting on the edge at .5 out. Tribe aint helping itself either by laying down for KC

Bosox need to take care of biz & knock the Os down one more notch today. Would be nice if Jays could take care of the Yanks. Like the Os theyre way too close to us for comfort

This WC race is crazy mad. Line up the brews, shots, Xanax & whatever else you got. Bumpy ride ahead

My, how the game has changed.......

It was on this date back in 1929 that Joe Sewell sets a major league record by playing in his 115th consecutive game without striking out. The Indian third baseman will be fanned only four times in 578-at-bats this season.

4 times. Not 200, but 4.

What are your votes for AL and NL MVP and Cy Young?

I am going with Chris Davis in the AL (that's right, Miggy!) and Paul Goldschmidt in the NL for MVP and Max Scherzer and Clayton Kershaw for the CY.

You get no argument from me. That said, I kind of doubt that Goldschmidt will win, as MVP voters favors winners vs. losers, and the D-Backs would have lost just fine without him, and did not win with him, so...?

Chris Davis has the edge on home runs and strikeouts.
