Negron is 32 freaking years old and is a career .216 hitter in 5 scattered years in the majors. I can tell you what they got in him...Noddadamnthing!!!

Well that kind of makes it official. The Mariners have finally realized they're not going to be in the WC hunt any longer. Felix leading off giving up a bomb just further confirms it. Sure was a fun start to the season though, but alas, disappointment strikes again. Nothing new, been used to it for years now anyway.

On a side note 116 wins is safe again. Boston put a scare in us for a bit. Boston would have to win their last 19 in a row to tie it. But the redsox will probably have to settle for a championship ring instead!

It's tough trying to pay attention to the game with those 4 guys talking about old times. Fun listening to them but it's clear the Mariner's season is pretty much over when the announcers aren't really covering the game at all. Still haven't heard why Felix was pulled....not that it matters much anymore but just kind of curious.

Seager is the last asshole I would want to see at the dish with the sacks loaded bottom of the 9th and 2 outs. I wish we could get rid of Seager. Just pisses me off over and over again. We're dead meat tomorrow so I get my wish for a NY sweep!!
