I'm with you there BB. I can see a way we only win 3 games, but I'm expecting 6. And you know I'm a realist bordering on pessimism. (Or is it a pessimist bordering on realism... I can never get that right.)

My gut says he gets through '15 regardless because of the buyout but...if he loses the team and its 2-4 wins again this year then he may have to go , real shame too because I really like the surrounding cast that's here now and their roles and recruiting abilities. If it goes bad and he gets canned I'd like to get Doc from Marshall or move Tom Bradley to HC and keep this staff in place.

I tend to agree with you GR, I think the whole team would have to implode for him to be gone after next year....I also don't think there is a win limit you can set..probably will be more geared toward quality of wins a L's.

I think Luck has his pride involved pretty deep with Holgorsen so I don't think we can predict purely by a number of wins. I think another loss to KU or IAST with no bowl again and Luck´s hand may be forced. If we see a trip to a bowl and have no losses to the team's we should beat, he will be safe for another year. If we see another four win season, again I think Luck may be forced to can him to keep from looking like a hypocrite. Regardless I think Luck has learned that a coach should learn the head coach position at a smaller school then get a coordinator position at a larger school, then move up to a major head coach position.

I personally beleive unless the team goes 0-12 next year will be the measuring year for Holgy...
