I say Jefferson... Bucs are the best run defense... so even though the Vikings love to run the ball with the Cook, they may dial it down some... Especially if they are playing from behind, like they probably will...


The Rams are the favourite, so it is likely that they will be playing with the lead... and they have been trying to be a defense/ground and pound team recently...

SO... I see Jefferson with the higher floor and A HUGE ceiling...

My opponent has McCaffrey. With his status being in doubt should I drop Boyd or Claypool to go grab Drake as the top waiver RB to keep him away from her? My WR room is loaded with Julio, Allen, Lockett, Davis, and Golladay?

I think I would drop Boyd. At least Claypool has the potential for a huge fantasy day. Very little potential for Boyd in that Cincy offense. In the two games since Burrow went down, Boyd had a 3 reception game and then a 1 reception game.

you know boyd caught 1 pass for 72 yards and a TD, had 4 targets......and was ejected in the 1st quarter last game right?

You also know that claypools snap count has drastically decreased the last 1-2 games.......gotta go deeper than the box score

You also know that claypools snap count has drastically decreased the last 1-2 games.......gotta go deeper than the box score

I knew he got ejected, but I didn't know it was the first quarter. What an odd game for him getting ejected and scoring such a long TD. The chances of Boyd scoring a 72 yard TD seems very, very low compared with other WR's. I still think he's very droppable. He's ranked as the 35th WR in Fantasy Pro's Week 14 WR rankings for half-PPR and 32nd for ROS. Even with fewer snaps, I think Claypool will produce more.

There is probably nothing concerning Romeo right now about these guys. He could drop them both and be fine. He said that he's loaded at WR and I think he said he's in an 8-team league, so I think it's unlikely that Boyd or Claypool will start another game for him in this league. However, in the unlikely event that he wants to start one of these guys, I'm just liking Claypool's greater big play ability and potential for a huge game. Maybe Diontae gets hurt again and Claypool gives you a 30 point day.
