Since when has Peyton been called the Chosen One?

I've never heard a player called that but I get the understanding. Since 9/11 the stories are that teams are picked by the NFL to win it all just like the Pats did that year with many questionable calls. They try to lead a team to victory based on ratings and not play. The most recent SB was a total bust for the NFL and they needed to change that based on this theory. Peyton and the Broncos are the new team to be the Chosen Ones.Ratings matter,not playing the game. IMO I don't buy this drama . If I did I might just stop watching the game.

He's not. It's the op's attempt at starting a trend. Personally, I think the OP is simply jealous Payton is getting more attention than the Seahawks. No offense, it's just my opinion.

Yeah, the OP is the only person I know of who refers to Manning as "The Chosen One". Then again, I don't really interact with conspiracy theorists to the extent that the OP apparently does.
