I know he's dirty, and Atkins is playing like a pro-bowler, but I don't think there's any question Suh is the better player. As long as he doesn't act like an idiot on the field, which I'm sure would get better with some discipline. It seems as if Schwartz takes Suh's side and condones the behavior.

I have watched several Lions games this year, and Suh has played well, but not God-like as ESPN would have you believe. He hasn't been impressive in those games. Maybe he dominated the ones I missed. Right now, with his idiocy factored in, I'd take Atkins.

I agree with this..... Teams definitely plan for Suh and he isn't rotated in and out the way Atkins is. Suh's talent is a little overblown and his head needs work, but he is definitely a pro-bowl caliber player and a rare talent. It will be interesting to see how good Suh can be if that kid from Auburn can start to make a bigger impact on that d-line.

Suh is too expensive, too much attitude, and while he is a great player, I like the chemistry of this team right now especially on the defensive line.

There is very few players in the league I would take over our 4 starters the way they are playing together right now.

Dunlap, Atkins, Peko, Johnson (Johnson would be the only one I would consider moving right now and he is pretty dang good).

Of course. Suh may have a screw loose but he's the best interior Dline prospect that I've ever seen. He's a friggin monster.

Please. There is a reason Suh dominated everyone last year in the NFL. Now he is seeing double teams and Avril is reaping the benefits. As soon as Fairly decides he wants to be a good DT they won't be able to double Suh. Suh is doubly more talented than Atkins.
