He also wouldn’t make us a playoff team. I’d much rather have Lock on the last year of his rookie deal than some over-the-hill rental that does nothing more than eat cap space.

I am not sure the Oline was as bad as some believe. The offensive play calling I believe made them look worse then they were. Is there room for improvement? Absolutely.

You mean first down incomplete - 2nd down run play to the interior Oline for no gain - third down complete a yard short of a first down? Wasn't a crafty strategy on offense?

Let's be fair now .. sometimes it was Gordon hit in the backfield for a 2 yard loss, an illegal motion penalty on a WR who knew he wasn't getting the ball, then a sack, which set up a 3rd and 25 - and in an attempt to catch the opposing defense sleeping, we get a quick slant to the right side ..
