Hey Teddy. Where did all you Phillies fans come from? Good to see you

Has there been many? I think I know of one or two that just came over, but just a board that's been on it's last legs for a while.

Yeah, I guess just two. Do you live in the city?

I have to disagree. This had several funny scenes. Not a good movie but still made me laugh and gave me and the kids something funny to say. This is what you're doing. This is what I want you to do. I would use that one when they were talking and I wanted them to stop.

I always had such high expectations for Dana Carvey's movies...Been a big fan since his SNL days. Then he made Opportunity Knocks, Wayne's World 1&2 which were very funny. After that, I just never felt like he hit that same level. By 2002, I guess I had enough and just couldn't take it anymore lol...

I feel that way about his career as a whole. I liked his early 90s stuff, remember one of his standup sets, which was also good, but then nothing. The last thing I remember him doing that I liked was Trapped in Paradise, dumb movie, but entertaining.

I watched some of his recent show on USA first impressions. Don't know if this is him trying to come back or not, but wouldn't mind seeing him end with something strong.

Star Wars: Phantom Menace
There is about 30 minutes of good movie in there. Not the best endorsement ever but it doesn't give me the inner rage that spending money on Van Hellsing, Super Mario Bros or Daredevil gave me.

Hotties in naughty clothes in both Van Helsing and Daredevil though, so there are worse movies.

I haven't seen Super Mario Bros... how does Princess Toadstool look?

And the light saber battle at the end
It would have been cool if they weren't CONSTANTLY splitting that scene with two other really bad scenes (Jar Jar the battle field commander and princess padme retaking the command).

Good point. I've blocked those out. Luckily I went into the movie not expecting much. There's a reason he started with episode 4

Can I nominate every copycat horror movie?

ex: every exorcism movie after the exorcist.

The 4th Kind was terrible in the sense that it wasn't what I expected. I thought I was in for a good horror flick about alien abductions in Alaska, but it was basically a damned documentary, and shit I could have watched on The Science Channel or Destination America.

And Paranormal Activity(the first one, didn't bother with any sequels) was possibly the least scary movie I have ever seen that was intended to be scary.

Eraserhead. That movie really sucked and it seemed like it would never end.

Not even remotely realistic. I'm sorry but if my gf told me that she was possessed by a demon since she was a kid and things started flying around...my ass would've been out of the house, that relationship and at a strip club by about the halfway point of that movie.
