Im saying Childress. He had a couple of good seasons, but the way he lost control of the team was a joke. And how he was begging for favre to come play for the team and pick him up at the airport and all that.... the guy was just pathetic to me.

I totally agree he should be in the conversation as well. I lived up there when he was coaching. He was awful on a variety of fronts. His player talent hid his deficiencies.

I give Erickson a pass because he was dealing with the worst talent I've ever seen put on a football field.

Sing was bad but had a decent season.

The worst, by far, is Bobby Petrino, who quit on his team mid season.

How about Rod Marinelli? Detroit Lions coach when they went 0-16

Being from Detroit, I have to protect Marinelli. No one could overcome the Matt Millen Affect.

I would rank Childress very close to the top of the list.
His teams won games despite his awful coaching/playcalling.
