Really not his fault the 49ers got in cap hell and had to dump a lot of talent. He wasn't a good coach, but not the worst.

I would say Mike Singletary was the worse and maybe Mike Nolan too.

I'd say Sing was worse than Nolan and Errickson. Sing had some good talent to work with and failed.

You can name the Cam Cameron's and Rod Marinelli's out there, but Gary Kubiak has had great talent that a decent coach would have the Texans at least 10-6 every year.

How about Dave McGinnis? I forgot about him and we played in the same division. his .298 win % is one of the worst ever. Rod Marinelli is the only coach in that 15 year window who ranks lower, but the lions team he had was pretty bad. So where cards though....

It's probably been more than 15 years but Rich Kotite comes to mind....also, can't believe Spurrier's name hasn't been tossed out there. Maybe I missed it. I also think Petrino should be in the mix.....and Erickson.

Im saying Childress. He had a couple of good seasons, but the way he lost control of the team was a joke. And how he was begging for favre to come play for the team and pick him up at the airport and all that.... the guy was just pathetic to me.
