So the inside story I guess is his girl was getting beat up and he pulled this chick off her and shoved her down. She had no injuries.

Sounds like a heat of the moment kind of thing.

This is an unfortunate event. Sounds like he was protecting his girlfriend. What time is curfew for the players?

I feel badly for him because it doesn't appear he intentionally set out to assault the victim, just trying to get her off his girlfriend who was taking a beating.

Since he is being served a warrant, I would think the right thing to do is keep him indefinitely suspended until the case is resolved.

Sounds like there was no injury to victim and this runs no risk of NCAA punishment I say play him....no reason he should miss games in my opinion by what is being leaked. If he broke a curfew then don't let him start. Sounds like he was trying to do right thing and got caught up in the Sh$t

Now if tape comes back and he is lifting her off ground while choking her then different story.

What usually happens next is that both Defendants take the fifth and charges get dismissed.

What ever happened to let the legal system do its job and then hand out a punishment

The articles state he has been suspended for TEAM RULES violations, NOTHING to do with the legal process, was he out past curfew? I, nor do most others do not know the particulars, so let the coaches deal with the situation.

Prior to Hoppy's Talkline show yesterday, he tweeted he had seen the tape from the Lux bar. There was a link from one of his guests to the show… which I listened to. Hoppy stated during the show he watched the tape 7 times.

Hell… Joe Mazulla put a girl in a choke hold in a downtown bar, punched an off-duty cop at a Pirate game… all while playing for WVU. He's celebrated like a hero today…
