How ironic that Josh Sborz would close it out. Other than Spencer Howard, we probably bad mouthed Sborz more than just about any other player the last couple of years. Props to Maddux and Bochy for seeing something in him. And, Leclerc was very close to being in that same category.

I thought the Rangers needed at least 5 additions to their bullpen next year. Now, I am counting on both of those guys to be important pieces of the 2024 bullpen.

Ngl went to men’s church last nite hoping they would stream
Had heard Nadel the first inning on way. Of course had MLB app but did not look until church ended. A guy just told me it was still 0-0. So I looked quick and bam 1-0 Raced home back to see 8-9 innings

My situation too. Listened to the radio until I pulled in the driveway at the 7th inning and Chapman was coming in with the score 1-0. I was yelling. "No! Are you crazy!" But I liked how he used Sborz there.

My joy in the Mavs winning was I wanted a championship for Dirk. Went to the parade for my sons. But I am a Rangers fan above all else.

68-94 was the worst record of any team prior to winning the World Series.

deGrom goes down and misses most of the season.

Rangers are basically a .500 team for final 4 months of season, including a 4-16 stretch.

Statistically one of the worst bullpen in baseball.

And today the Texas Rangers are World Series champions.

Inconceivable. Unbelievable. Incredible. You really just never know.
