I know different traits translate differently. But in no case can a bad passer be even a decent QB. Micheal Bick bombed hard and has both more power and accuracy, combined with more athleticism and escapability, than manziel could dream of. You cannot be respectable at QB if you cannot throw. Manziel cannot throw. Case opened and shut.

What else are we going to compare Manziel to? Of course he is above average as a runner at QB and Of course he is above average in extending plays and scrambling ability.

As I said -- we have no idea how his skill set will translate, as we haven't seen a player like him in the NFL. Did you predict Tom Brady would turn into what he did? He wasn't even a full time starter in college at UM. Did you see Russell Wilson becoming a top 10 QB in year 2?

You can continue to say he can't make any throw, but I will say again -- you don't put up over 10000 yards of offense in 2 years and not have a tremendous skill set, while playing in the SEC and completing 70% of your passes.

Manziel's game doesn't compare to Tebow at all. Bortles actually closer resembles Tebow but Bortles has a lot of Big Ben/Elway upside to him.

Manziel can be a top 20 NFL QB. I don't think he can be a top 10 NFL QB (a franchise guy) because I don't think he'll have the arm talent but if you're picking in the top 10, you take Manziel over Mike Glennon or Christian Ponder

There is no stat that means a player is the league's worst passer. It doesn't exist. Also, even as a joke, his stats are highly dependent on the talent around him and could easily be inflated to slightly below worst in the league if he went to the right place. It won't change the fact that he is clearly the worst. Numbers don't always tell the whole story.

Hmmmm -- that explains everything I need to hear. 1st two years in the league and Wilson has 100.6 QB rating with 52 tds and 19 ints and he is average at best.

If what Wilson has done is 'average' -- The majority of teams in the NFL would love to have an average QB like him.
