Its amazing that team did as well as it did with all the turmoil.

I hate to defend kiffen, but that team was strapped with sanctions. Not sure what people were really expecting. Then usc pisses off ogeron too... Id expect long term instability there. Admin the problem this time around, imo.

How can you defend Kiffin. The last 11 games Kiffin coached they lost 7 of them.

He leaves and they win 7 out of 9.

I wonder if he would still be coaching right now if he just stayed at Tennessee.

Im not defending him so much as I am saying those sanctions hurt. I remember pollsters and canes fans thinking those 90s sanctions wete no big deal too. Ouch!
