Chip will never be back in Eugene. LET IT GO MANHe isn't leaving. But if he was going to leave I would hope he does it this year since it would put us in play to get Chip.
But Taggart currently has the #1 recruiting class for next season, a healthy Herbert is surely to be a Heisman candidate, a young team returning. The future is bright in Eugene and Taggart probably likes what he sees.
