Russ has been fine but you can't omit last seasons failures.
I’m not. He bounced back. I expect him back to continue the more comfortable he gets with his coaching staff. It looks like that will be another coaching staff next year.

Like I said he'll be fine but he isn't going to light up the world or get to a SB. Those days are long past him.

If he isn't guaranteed a starting job going into camp, at a contract value that he thinks he is worth, then I doubt if he plays. And because he is such an egomaniac and hard for a head coach to work with, there may not be as much demand for his services as one might think at first glance.

I keep hearing New England. But, if RW's relationship with Payton can be described as stormy, his relationship with Belichick would be an F5 hurricane. A very quiet F5 because Belichick would not listen to his bullshit. Patriots are also going to have a top 5 draft pick and may go with a QB like Drake Maye or Jayden Daniels. Carolina? They invested a #1 draft pick and an entire year of growing pains with Bryce Young. I don't think they are going to throw in the towel now. Washington? They are also going to have a top 5 draft pick and may go with a QB as well.
I think he’d do well in NE.

The Super Bowl is a team accomplishment. He wasn’t the primary reason Seattle went to two super bowls in his first three years.

Just like Elway wasn’t the primary reason the Broncos won late in his career.

Maybe 5 years ago. Today NE needs to look in a new direction. No more rebuilding with spare parts, they need OEM fresh from the factory.

That's quite obvious it's a team accomplishment but the QB drives the offense and Russ hasn't been Russ in several years. Like I said, he's no longer the guy to get you to a SB.

Wilson is still a top QB. Belichick would likely provide him with an offensive line like he did for Brady. I’d like to see Wilson in NE.

BB has not been able to provide a decent O-line for years. It was all Dante Scar, he was the mind behind the good lines they had.

I getting a sense you're Russ's #1 fan.
I’m neither a fan of him or a hater. I see things for what they are.

Drama has followed him for a few years and it mostly started after he married the pop music star.

Also that Super Bowl 49 fiasco tore that team apart and a lot of the blame for that was unfairly put on Wilson.

Than not sure what you've been watching as Russ's play and speed has diminished over the last several years.

Yes, Ciara is an issue as he's gone Hollywood with a big ego.

Wilson shoulders some of the blame along with Lockett not fighting for the ball, the LOB blowing a 10pt 4th quarter lead, Bevall's dumbass play call and Pete allowing the dumbass play call to be run.

you know I think the start was however many years ago when he hurt his ankle.
He used to do that spin move to run backwards & always for some reason got distance doing it.
Never made any sense to me why it worked, but it did. After that injury he really didnt get separation anymore with it.

I agree with that and I'll also add he put on extra muscle which I think slowed him down a bit. Right now in present time he can still move a bit but not like 5yrs ago.

He bounced back in the sense that slightly average is better than a dumpster fire.

People like to post those stats that show ”he’s playing better than Mahomes“ yet completely ignore ones like these;

Stats like what? Those are just nerdy stats. TD passes vs INT’s and completion percentage is the important stats with a QB.

The other day I saw a stat on TV which said a certain QB was number 1 in TD passes when he had 4+ seconds to throw the ball. Not 4 seconds, but 4+. They have a stat for just about anything.
