Supposedly the Dodgers have offered Shohei Otani a 10 yr/ $417M deal.

The Red Sox and Mets are also trying to sign him. My guess is that it's going to take 10 years and $500M

After two years in the toilet, Henry has hired a new GM. Will he hand him the checkbook?

Well, looks like that $417M offer was turned down because the Dodgers decided that Ohetani was worth almost twice that.

Dodgers signed him for a record 10 years $700M. What's even weirder, the contract is back loaded and not the other way around.

2024 He gets $40M. In 2034 He'll be getting $100M+.

His contract is the largest ever for any North American Sports Contract.
