Don't Blame the Refs
Dude is a beast in the playoffs.
I wish I knew....
I also wish I knew why Matt Bradley has had such limited ice time...
Guys like that are the guys who are scoring against Halak. Dirty goals are key and those two guys are willing to go get them. I would like to see the lines switched up to look a little more like this:
8 - 19 - 25
21 - 18 - 22
28 - 15 - 16
24 - 39 - 10
14 out, 9 out
Hopefully BB realizes you need more of those crash and bang guys when the goalie is playing like he's doing rails of coke in between periods. I'm assuming there hasn't been word of who is in/out for game seven?
We very well could see him in game 7. Getting B-Mo out was right. I honestly thought that Gabby would lead off with him scratched. However, with Belanger being so unbelievable on draws it is easy to understand Stecks getting the hook.
I like 46's line up for game seven. I also heard Juice was skating but doubt he would be good to go. I am going to presume Sloan will get the call for Poti, but I would really like to see Erskine get a go. He and Juice were tremendous in the playoffs last year. Erskine is slow, but he deserves a chance methinks. This is all presuming of course Alzner got the call up simply for depth.

I don't have issues per se. But I certainly don't see the harm in shaking things up if the guys involved have done little to this point. I love Flash, but even at the angle, he needed to bury that puck. Getting Walker in gives them disruptive net presence through all lines and they NEED guys parked in front of Halak the duration of offensive attack in game 7.
46, I am with you man. As you said, back skating he leaves little to be desired. I think it is worth the trade off though if he puts someone through the glass trying to go around him . . . preferably Tomas Plekanec
