The funny thing is that I am pretty sure the guy is serious that he thinks those guys are the same person. I didn't read any of the other letters, just the first guy claiming Stephen A is Deion.

I thought they were supposed to build upon each other, not a collection of letters that some are related. Have you heard of Letters from a Nut? Apparently this guy has written hundreds of prank letters to places like hotels asking for crazy things like to bring his pet orangutan with him or false complaints about silly things. Then on the page next to it is the official response from the hotel. Seinfeld is the guy who either discovered him or wrote them under a pen name. But if it's a pen name, Seinfeld did have someone stand in saying that he wrote it, not Seinfeld.
