The NFL sometime that preseason or the season before sent out a memo to the league indicating that there was certain protocol to be followed with regard to filming, including specific positions and specific attire to be worn. The memo indicated that any violation of the rules would be met with harsh punishment. BB and Pats blew the memo off and videotaped from unauthorized positions on the field at a Jets game and were busted by Mangini. In less than two weeks the NFL handed down the punishment.
