Why did KC let go of Tony Moeaki?

I saw Seattle picked him up. He had a couple good years for KC (500 yard seasons, hardly something you ignore) and was a decent asset for Seattle yesterday. Why did KC release him? Any inside info on the guy?

He kept getting injured, over and over. They drafted Kelce partly because of this and even Seattle would want Kelce over Moeki.

Yeah Shark you can hope for maybe a handful of more games from him but don't expect him to last the season. When healthy yes he is effective but he is definitely hurt way more than he is healthy. He in my opinion refuses to play through pain. So again he is healthy now but a few more games of getting bumped around and he will find his way onto your injury report and won't play unless he feels no pain.

Yep, Moeaki was a very promising player coming out of college, but due to injuries he only played in the 30 games his first four years in the league.

Kelce looks like he could really turn into a very good player.
