It sounds like he's one of those guys who sees everybody and their mom getting excited about the biggest game of the year and feels it's his job to be take them all down a peg for some reason.
people with no writing talent and limited on-air talent do this from time to time.
it's their only way to try to find a wider audience.
sadly, it works, and not just in sports radio.

A lot of these guys on fox sports radio are idiots
Arnie Spanier is the same.
Had to listen to him earlier on my drive home. Had the choice of listening to Coug basketball on 710 or Spanier on Fox Sports Radio (On KJR 950).
Guy predicts 41-23 Patriots. Takes calls from Seattle fans and laughs them out of the building for bringing up any points to defend their team.
Can't stand these guys. And they're supposed to be "national media" too
And people wonder why Seahawk players and Seahawk fans have such a chip on their shoulder.

Don't be a douche. That's what it is like being SB champions.....
Was that the dude yesterday that was talking about Aaron Rodgers was having his way with the defense? Some caller from Seattle brought up the turnovers and the host dismissed it just saying Rodgers marched up and down the field whenever he wanted and could've put 40 on the board if he wanted.
I couldn't have told you anything about the FSR guys because I almost never listen to that station for my sports infotainment. I'm an ESPN Radio guy locally and nationally. Pretty much the only AM radio station I'll listen to is 710 unless there's a game broadcast on another station. I used to listen to KJR too, but Groz and Gas was my favorite show on that station and obviously Groz jumped to 710 years ago, so I don't have much reason to listen to that station anymore.
