Kubiak isn't leaving the Ravens and I believe Kyle is being considered for OC positions, not necessarily HC.

I like the Ryan hiring, not so sure about Roman (Trestman was reportedly his second choice).

I'm pretty okay with Roman. Since being hired by the 49ers, he's contributed to 11, 12, and 13 win seasons in the most brutal division in football. This year, he had some pretty questionable moments and I will admit some perplexing game plans at times, but the Bills just hired another guy with an actual resume of success, including multiple NFC Championships. SF offense was generally pretty legit. He also helped make a very smooth transition during an abrupt QB change, which isn't easy.

It's odd to see so much criticism. It's almost as if they less experience and more inferior resume you have, the more Bills fans are pumped up with coaching hires.

My emoticon was more of not getting Kubiak. I like this hire, and Kubiak wasn't going anywhere anyway, so it's not like we missed him.

I like the Rex hire, just haven't seen much QB development out of Roman. He does have some very nice run blocking schemes, but with the current Bills oline, are they even capable of running them?

Once we upgrade our Guards. Yes. C and both T are good in my book.

Chan Gailey is going to be the Jets OC!!! Oh, the scenarios building up for someone to be gravely humiliated next year (Bills or Jets)

After getting torched by Fitzmagic in 2014, the Bills could add Chan Gailey shredding their defense and getting swept by the Jets to their long list of embarrassments.

Just interviewing so far. Could be a tough sell depending on where they both stand re: Manning. Apparently that's what got Fox out the door...
