Larry Parish, Brad Ausmus, Tory Lovullo, Rick Honeycutt, and possibly Mike scosia if the Angels decide to part ways with him.
As a tigers fan i wouldnt want maddon. Hes the same guy that batted carlos pena second and a catcher with no power numbers clean up in the past. Some managers are great and some managers just think they are great.
So, you are probably looking for a manager that does not think outside the box too much, huh? You'd like to see more of a push-button manager, who usually follows the accepted "rules"...like left vs lefty/righty vs righty out of pen,and keeping a player in one batting slot, even when in a slump? I will admit, Madden might not be my first choice....mainly because he has dealt with a totally different type of ballclub and ownership while in Tampa.
