You can't even spell Aaron Rodgers correctly. It's funny you think you can run a team better than an actual GM. All you seattle fans think your team is the Mecca of the NFL. Still not used to success.

You quote 1 person yet pretend all Seattle fans said it. Please learn to differentiate 1 opinion from that of an entire group.

Until you can do so I will continue to assume your butt is hurt at all times.

But using Beldsoe to Brady and Montana to Young as your "proof" is silly. What about the other 100 times HOF QBS retired? Those don't count?
why?

drew was the highest paid QB in world history at the time (and the franchise player in his prime)

the parallels are clearly there.

Because it's cherry picking. To say it's possible and use those as examples is definitely valid, but it's not the most common scenario and thus misleading to assume it will occur just because it did twice...

Yes, I do:

"selectively choose (the most beneficial items) from what is available."

how was "choosing drew bledsoe as an example" a beneficial item?

Drew Bledsoe was on the downside of his career. A career in which he was never really much more than a slightly above league average QB. The Pats were 5-11 in 2000. And they were 0-2 in 2001 until Brady came in and completely turned things around. Since his arrival the Pats have been a consistently excellent football team.

Now maybe Brady was just lucky and the Patriots are just that good. Anything is possible I guess. Or maybe Brady is one of the all time greats and when he retires it will be almost impossible to seamlessly replace him.

in think youre not following what i mean by "seamless"

like i said...now a 3rd time...if bradys arm falls off this year, jimmy steps in and is immediately the best or 2nd best QB in the AFC east....depending on your feelings on tannehill.

they win the division.

How was choosing "incoming" QBs of Brady and Steve Young NOT a beneficial item?

Why are you just assuming Jimmy steps in and is successful? I know you trust BB but saying he comes in and is anything more then Geno smith is a pretty huge reach.

if bradys out, rank the starting 4 QB's in order. I'm curious...

Even if we accept the utterly unprovable claim that Jimmy automatically becomes the best or 2nd best QB in the division, that doesn't mean the transition is seamless. If the Pats win the division at 9-7 and ignominiously bounced out of the playoffs in week 1, then it wasn't a seamless transition. And that ignores the actual play of the QBs themselves.

if theyd win the division, they get a home playoff game.

you know opposing QB's records in foxboro in the playoffs since 2001 right?

and its not always the offense carrying the load.

browning nagle, today, is a better QB than geno.

nagles 46.

I don't know who the QBs will be for the Bills or Jets in 2 or 3 years. For all I know Mariota is the Jets this year. Furthermore I don't how good or bad Grappola is going to be.

Matt Cassell was entirely meh that year.

again, i said...if brady went down tomorrow...
