Someone has to do it. Trout might be more talented but his career feels a bit wasted at this juncture.
Trout is very likely to be one of the most valuable players of all time. If he doesn't have playoff success, you're going to see a lot of people 'underrating' him relative to his statistics because thats what we do in America.

This is the truth. He is the Dan Marino of baseball. Marino was the GOAT but even though he is only remembered for his playoff failures which isn’t on him. Trout is better than Pujols but Albert had a much better team around him. Trout gets shit to hit against yet still puts up great numbers.
