But seriously.....I wouldn't mind if Mike Malone was chosen...which I alluded to in another thread.
He has the experience and the bona fides to coach in this league and also to handle the NY media.

I don't know what type of dynamic he may or may not have with the owner James Dolan though.
But I'm pretty sure he's in the top 2 or 3 on Leon Rose's list of candidates fwiw.

Yeah, I agree with this.

They cannot hire an unproven head coach.....at least IMO. Gotta be somebody to command the respect of the locker room.

Admittedly, most of that was due to the roster.

Thibs is a good coach. But the roster was upgraded substantially during his tenure.
